Excessive Underarm Sweating
What can i use to stop excessive sweating for my underarms?
i’ve noticed i have excessive sweating from my underarms , its so annoying and embarrassing , is there anything i can buy or use to stop this problem , any help will be muchly appreciated. xx
Most of the time, just using a little more Anti-Perspirant/Deodorant could help… and also take a few wet wipes or towels with you so if you begin to sweat too much you can always get them from your locker, purse, or book bag and go to the bathroom to clean yourself…and it can be embarrasing, but try to not draw attention and jst discretely go to the bathroom…and another healthy tip, ALWAYS TAKE ANOTHER SHIRT! So if you sweat too much you can always change (try to pick a shirt that looks fairly like the first).
If the problem is persistent, then I would recommend you check out Mike Ramsey’s guide “Stop Sweating & Start Living”. This program takes a week or two to work, but I have found it to be effective in cases where Under-Arm Perspiration is an on-going problem.
